What is the deadline for returning my order?

Once the order has been received, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the package to us via the Return gate.

How to make a return?

Bring your order number and enter your email address on our portal To return your order.

What is the deadline for receiving my refund?

Refunds are automatic to process your package The refunds is made within 7 to 10 working days. If however you do not receive your refund within 15 days after sending your package, you can contact us at the following address: contact@bylouise.fr

I wish to exchange an article

To exchange an article, we invite you first to create the return of your room via our portal And choose the replacement part.
If you are a loyal member of the daring or courageous status we pay for the costs of returning and exploitation of the new order (see our Loyalty program), for the other customers, once your return has been received by our logistics, an invoice will be sent to you to pay the delivery costs of your replacement package, the new order will be created automatically you will have nothing else to do.
